We can accomodate Gluten Free, Vegetarian, & Vegan

Large trays are approximately 25 servings.  Small trays are approximately 12 servings.  We will be glad to help you with portion sizes best suited for your party and your budget.

Layered Salad Bowl -

A Beautifully layered salad with traditional toppings and dressings 

Croissant Sandwich Platter -

An assortment of chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad, ham & cheese, and turkey & cheese on croissant rolls with herbed aoili 

House Wings -

Baked, then Deeop Fried and tossed in our House Dry Rub 

Pretzels & Mustard Platter

Soft Pretzels with our House Mustard Dipping Sauces

Chicken Skewers -

Savory Marinated Grilled Chicken and Onions on skewers *

Crab Balls -

Handmade Crab Balls, Breaded and Fried, served with Cocktail sauce                              

Open Face French Dip -

Thin Sliced Beef, Melted Provolone, Grilled Onions, Oven finished and Drizzled with our house Horseradish Sauce.  Served with Au Jus  

Grey Fox Pasta Salad

Pasta Shells, Diced Green Pepper, Onions, Basil, Feta, and a dash of Red Pepper, tossed in our House Blend Olive Oil Dressing

BBQ Beef Sliders -

Grilled Beef Drizzled with our House BBQ sauce, Sprinked with Scallions, on Toasted mini rolls.  

Key West Shrimp -

4 Jumbo Shrimp Wrapped in Bacon on a Skewer, Grilled on Open Flame, and served with our house Jerk Sauce.

Baked Ziti - 

OUr Homemade Baked Ziti with our Ricotta Blush Provencial Sauce.  

Veggie Skewers -

Seasonal Veggies, Onions, Peppers, & Mushrooms Skewered and Grilled on Open Flame, and topped with our Garlic Butter.  

 

BUFFET BAR STATIONS

We offer Taco bars, Loaded Baked Potato Bars, and Hamburger Bars with all the fixin's! A great way to allow your guests to build their own.
